Product Description

is a web-based audio wellness platform that:

• Generates personalized digital audio files (MP3) in your browser
• Delivers files immediately upon purchase — no subscription required
• Optionally lets you record your own voice on-device, never transmitted to our servers
• Operates on a one-time payment model

Voice Recordings and License

Voice recording and audio generation happen entirely on your device inside your web browser. never receives, transmits, stores, or has access to your voice recordings or the generated audio file. Because we do not process voice recordings on our servers, no copyright, biometric, or personality-rights license transfer is implied or required — your voice remains 100% yours. You are solely responsible for what you record and for obtaining any third-party permissions that may be needed if your recording includes the voice, name, or likeness of another person.

Affirmation Authoring Service

When you provide an intention or direction to , our system may suggest, shape, or co-author seven affirmation lines aligned with that intention. This is a collaborative content-generation tool, not a clinical or therapeutic service. Specifically:

• You are the author of record for any affirmation text you choose to use, modify, or record. acts as a facilitator that helps shape language; final selection, editing, and recording is your decision and responsibility.
• Affirmations are not medical advice. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, mental-health condition, or psychological state. They are general-purpose self-talk language.
• Suitability is your judgment. If you live with or are being treated for any mental-health condition (including but not limited to bipolar disorder, psychosis, severe depression, everyday tension disorders, eating disorders, or PTSD), please consult a licensed mental-health professional before using affirmation practices, and do not rely on in place of professional care.
• is not liable for the individual psychological, emotional, or behavioural outcomes of using any affirmation generated, suggested, or co-authored through the platform. You assume full responsibility for the affirmations you choose to record and use.
• Not a medical device. is a general-wellness audio tool. It is not a medical device under EU MDR (Regulation 2017/745), the US FDA, or any equivalent jurisdiction, and it has not been evaluated or registered as such.

The audio preview, tracks, and any guidance that suggests "we will help you shape" affirmations refer to this collaborative authoring service and the limits described above.

Personal Use Only

The audio files you generate are licensed for personal use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, share, or upload the generated files publicly
• Resell or commercially exploit the audio files
• Modify and republish the content
• Use the files for any purpose other than your own personal wellness

Age Requirements

is intended for adults. Specifically:

• European Union residents: you must be at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, parental or legal guardian guidance is strongly recommended.
• All other jurisdictions: you must be at least 18 years old.

Age confirmation is required at checkout. By completing checkout, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age for your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service or void purchases where age representations prove false.

Testimonials, Reviews, and Endorsements

Where reviews, testimonials, or user-generated content appear on websites:

• Individual experience disclaimer: Testimonials reflect the individual experience of the person providing them. Individual results vary. No outcome is guaranteed or should be expected from using . Results depend on consistency of use, individual physiology, intention clarity, and many factors outside our control.
• Free product / compensation disclosures: Where a reviewer received the product for free or was otherwise compensated in exchange for an honest review, this is disclosed in connection with the review in line with the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR §255.5) and EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices.
• No material alteration: Testimonials are published substantially as submitted. We reserve the right to correct spelling and obvious factual errors, and to redact personally identifying information of third parties, but we do not alter the substance of a reviewer's opinion.
• No fake reviews: We do not publish fabricated, incentivized-to-be-positive, or AI-generated reviews. Any review found to be fake will be removed.
• Right to withdraw: Any reviewer may request removal of their review at any time by emailing privacy@voxsoma.com.

Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

operates on a one-time payment basis with no subscriptions or recurring charges. At checkout, you are required to provide explicit prior consent to immediate delivery of digital content and to waive your 14-day EU withdrawal right under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. By completing checkout, you confirm that you understand the content is made immediately accessible and that this consent is freely given.

Access & Recovery (no accounts)

does not operate user accounts, passwords, or login systems. After purchase, you receive a 6-word Recovery Card on the success page. You are responsible for saving these 6 words (password manager, screenshot, or written down). The Recovery Card is the primary method to restore your library on a new device. Your Stripe purchase receipt serves as the legal fallback — if you lose the Recovery Card, contact hello@voxsoma.com with your Stripe receipt and we will manually verify and restore your library within 24 hours. Loss of both the Recovery Card and the Stripe receipt may make recovery impractical; we recommend saving at least one.

All sales are final. We will issue refunds only in these narrow circumstances:

• Technical failure on our side preventing file generation or delivery that we cannot remedy within 72 hours
• Duplicate charges caused by a confirmed payment-processor error
• Unauthorized purchases, after sufficient evidence of unauthorized use is provided

For refund requests, email support@voxsoma.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We respond within 5 business days.

Prices shown on voxsoma.com/#pricing are exclusive of applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout by Stripe Tax where applicable. Prices may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Because digital audio content is delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned, we strongly discourage chargebacks. If you have any issue with your order, email support@voxsoma.com first — we reply within 5 business days and, where a legitimate problem exists, resolve it directly.

A chargeback initiated without first contacting us in good faith, or initiated in circumstances where the customer already received and downloaded the digital content, may constitute a breach of these Terms and, where applicable, payment-card fraud under EU Directive (EU) 2019/713 and equivalent US federal and state laws. We reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback with the payment network by submitting order logs, download records, IP address, and timestamped consent checkbox capture as evidence of delivery and explicit Article 16(m) waiver
• Revoke all future access to products and blacklist associated email addresses, payment instruments, and IP addresses from purchasing again
• Report verified abusive chargeback behavior to the relevant payment processor's fraud-protection programs (e.g., Stripe Radar, card issuer fraud systems)
• In cases involving multiple deceptive chargebacks or clear fraudulent intent, refer the matter to law enforcement and seek recovery of funds plus reasonable legal costs

This policy exists to protect honest customers — chargeback fraud drives up costs for everyone. If you have a legitimate problem, we genuinely want to know and help.

Reporting Illegal Content (Digital Services Act, Art. 16)

Pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), we provide a notice-and-action mechanism for any person to report content on voxsoma.com that they consider illegal under EU or national law (e.g., copyright infringement, hate speech, illegal commercial practice, defamation).

Send your notice to legal@voxsoma.com with:

• An explanation of why you consider the content illegal
• A precise URL or other location of the content
• Your name and email address (or anonymous notice for content involving criminal offences against minors)
• A statement, made in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate and complete

We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantiated decision within 14 days. We act in a diligent, non-arbitrary manner and apply our terms uniformly. Decisions can be appealed by replying to the same address.

Changes to These Terms

may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Affiliate and Referral Program

operates a voluntary affiliate program that allows individuals and businesses ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to . These affiliate terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service. Participation in the affiliate program constitutes binding agreement to these terms.

Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction)
• Affiliates are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to their own promotions, in their own jurisdiction
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of competitors may be excluded at our discretion
• We reserve the right to reject any applicant without cause

Commissions and Payments

• Tier-based commission: Commission rates and cookie durations are determined by tier, as communicated in the affiliate dashboard. Current standard Bronze tier: 40% commission, 60-day cookie window
• Payout threshold: Minimum payout balance is USD $20. Below this threshold, earnings roll forward to the next payout cycle
• Payout schedule: Commissions are paid Net-30 following the end of the calendar month in which the sale was completed, subject to chargeback clawback period (see below)
• Chargeback clawback: If a referred sale is charged back, refunded, or reversed within 90 days, the corresponding commission is automatically deducted from the Affiliate's balance. If balance is insufficient, we may invoice for the shortfall
• Currency and fees: Payments are made in USD via the platform's supported methods (Wise, PayPal). Any payment processor fees or currency conversion charges are borne by the Affiliate

Disclosure and Compliance

• FTC disclosure requirement (US): Affiliates promoting to US audiences must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to in accordance with the US FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255, §255.5). Acceptable disclosures include "#ad", "#sponsored", "Affiliate link", or "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link." The disclosure must appear before or together with the endorsement, in the same medium as the endorsement
• EU disclosure requirement: Affiliates promoting to EU audiences must comply with the EU Directive 2005/29/EC (Unfair Commercial Practices) and Directive 2019/2161 (Omnibus). Commercial relationships must be disclosed prominently
• Platform rules: Affiliates must comply with the posting rules of every platform they use (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Honest promotion: Affiliates may not make factual, scientific, or medical claims about that go beyond the claims published on voxsoma.com. Specifically, Affiliates may not claim cures, heals, treats, diagnoses, or prevents any medical or psychological condition, nor guarantee any specific outcome
• No fake or fabricated reviews: Affiliates may not publish invented testimonials, AI-generated reviews presented as human, or any content misrepresenting their experience with the product

Prohibited Practices

The following practices result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referral or referral of accounts controlled by the Affiliate
• Bidding on trademarks in paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
• Typosquatting, cybersquatting, or domain confusion tactics
• Cookie stuffing, forced-click schemes, or any tactic that claims attribution without a genuine referral
• Spam — unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or SMS blasting
• Claims that treats any medical or psychological condition, or that would create FDA/FTC regulatory exposure for
• Publishing offers, discount codes, or pricing not explicitly authorized by

Taxes and Legal Status

• Affiliates are independent contractors — no employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship is created
• Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes on commissions in their jurisdiction. does not withhold income taxes
• For US-based Affiliates earning $600 or more per calendar year, a Form 1099-NEC will be issued
• EU VAT: commissions paid to EU-based Affiliates are B2B services. Affiliates with a valid VAT registration should provide their VAT ID; invoicing is handled via Rewardful or direct bank transfer as configured

Termination

may terminate any Affiliate's participation at any time, with or without cause, by emailing the Affiliate at the address on file. Upon termination for cause (breach of these terms, fraud, deceptive practices, generation of fraudulent sales), all unpaid commissions are forfeited and cookies cease to track. Upon termination without cause, any earned commissions above the payout threshold are paid on the next scheduled payout. The Affiliate may terminate their own participation at any time via the affiliate dashboard.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Lithuania.

Limitation of Liability

is provided to you on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoxSoma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
