Legal Notice & Takedown

DSA notice-and-action mechanism · Last updated 20 April 2026

This page lets you submit a notice about content on voxsoma.com that you believe is illegal, infringes your rights, or otherwise violates applicable law. We take all good-faith notices seriously and will respond promptly.

Service-level commitment:

Acknowledgement — you will receive an email confirming receipt within 2 business days.
Decision — we will reach a decision and notify you within 14 days of acknowledgement (longer for technically complex matters; we will keep you informed).
Appeal — if your notice is rejected or content is removed and you disagree, you may submit a counter-notice within 30 days. We will reconsider and respond within 14 days.

What you can report here

Illegal content under EU or national law (DSA Art. 3(h)).
Copyright infringement (DMCA Section 512 — applicable to US-hosted aspects of the service).
Trademark infringement or impersonation.
Defamation, harassment, or privacy violations by content on voxsoma.com.
Counterfeit affiliate listings falsely claiming partnership with VōxSōma.

Submit a notice

I understand that submitting a false notice may result in liability for damages under applicable law (DSA Art. 16(5), DMCA §512(f)). This submission constitutes my electronic signature for the purposes of any applicable law requiring a signature on a takedown notice.

Notice received. A confirmation has been sent to your email. We will acknowledge formally within 2 business days and reach a decision within 14 days.

DSA Article 11 — designated point of contact

For matters from EU Member States' authorities, the European Commission, or the European Board for Digital Services, our designated point of contact is legal@voxsoma.com. Communications may be in English or Lithuanian.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrong, send a counter-notice to legal@voxsoma.com with subject "Counter-Notice [original case ID]". Include your identification, the URL of the removed content, your reasons for disputing the removal, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or, if outside the EU, the courts of Lithuania) for any subsequent proceedings.

Out-of-court dispute settlement

EU recipients of our service have the right to select an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under DSA Art. 21 to resolve disputes about our content moderation decisions. The European Commission maintains a list of certified bodies; we will provide it in any decision letter that affects you.
