We respond within 48 hours. This is not a 30-day "no questions asked" refund and not a satisfaction-guarantee — it is a quality guarantee for genuine technical defects.
is a digital wellness audio product. Audio files, voice processing, and access to your library are delivered immediately upon purchase — there is no physical product shipped. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge the refund terms set out below.

Article 16(m) provides an exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate performance and has acknowledged loss of the right of withdrawal.

Once you complete payment and delivery begins, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right no longer applies to the content delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law in cases of genuine technical defect — those are covered by the 7-day technical-quality guarantee in §2 above, which goes beyond what we are strictly required to offer.

Our response window: We reply within 48 hours. If the issue is technical and verifiable, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Refunds are made only to the original payment method and the original email address used at checkout.
To prevent abuse and to keep sustainable as a one-person operation, each customer is eligible for at most one refund. A subsequent purchase made after a prior refund is final and non-refundable.
Regardless of refund status, you can request deletion of any voice data we hold at any time by emailing privacy@voxsoma.com. Note: processes voice locally in your browser — under normal use, we never receive a copy of your recording. Deletion requests are handled under our Privacy Policy and are independent of any refund request.
If something is wrong, please write to support@voxsoma.com first. A real reply from a real person is always faster than a card dispute, and we genuinely want to fix legitimate problems.
A chargeback filed without first contacting support — particularly after you have downloaded or listened to the delivered audio — may be defended with full evidence (checkout timestamp, IP address, the Article 16(m) consent capture, order metadata, and delivery and playback logs) submitted to your bank. Because we collect explicit digital-delivery consent at checkout and keep complete delivery records, most disputes are resolved in our favour. Repeated abusive chargebacks may also be reported to Stripe Radar and to card-issuer fraud-protection programmes.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU applies to all EU customers.
