The promise
If your audio fails to render, plays silent, or doesn't match what we described on the product page — email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund in full within 3 business days. The promise is technical, not philosophical: we guarantee the file works as described, on your device, the way we said it would.
What's covered
- The audio fails to render or play on your device after reasonable troubleshooting (clear cache, try a second browser, headphone test).
- A technical defect on our end — silent file, corrupted output, missing voice layer, broken playback timeline.
- The content doesn't match what was described on the product page — wrong duration, wrong session type, missing advertised feature.
What's NOT covered
- Change of mind after the audio has been generated or downloaded.
- "It didn't work for me" — subjective dissatisfaction with the wellness effect. is a personal practice tool, not a medical treatment, and individual experiences vary.
- Past 7 days from the purchase date.
- After your file has been downloaded more than twice — this indicates the file is functional and you have a working copy.
- Account or device transfer issues resolvable via your 6-word Recovery Card (email support@voxsoma.com with your Stripe receipt for free recovery support).
Why 7 days, not 30
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), allows digital-content sellers to deliver immediately upon the buyer's explicit consent — which you give by checking the consent box at checkout. That waives the 14-day right of withdrawal for the content actually delivered.
We replace it with a 7-day technical-quality window because the audio is designed to work from the first play. Technical issues surface immediately — silent file, missing voice layer, timeline glitches all appear in the first session. After 7 days of working playback, the product is doing what we promised.
This keeps refund rates sustainable for a solo-founder operation and lets the price stay where it is.
How to request a refund
- Email support@voxsoma.com within 7 days of purchase
- Include your Stripe receipt or order ID
- Describe the technical issue you experienced (a short description; screenshots help)
- Include your device and browser (e.g. "iPhone 14, Safari 17")
- We reply within 24 hours · Stripe refund processed within 3 business days
One refund per customer
To prevent abuse and to keep sustainable as a one-person operation, each customer is eligible for at most one refund. A second purchase after a prior refund is final and non-refundable.
Custom Hand-Made — Elite Lifetime ($499)
Refundable within 7 days before you submit your intake form. Once submitted, the founder begins composing your five custom audio sessions and the charge becomes final. The 7-day quality guarantee covers the standard library tracks under the same technical-defect conditions described above.
Legal basis
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m): consumers waive the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content where supply has begun with their prior express consent. By checking the consent box at checkout and downloading or playing your audaudio content, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal as permitted by this provision.
- Lithuanian Civil Code (LR CK), Article 6.22810, paragraph 2 (13): mirrors the EU provision above for Lithuanian consumers.
