Delete My Data

You have two options below. Many people only need step 1.

What actually holds about you:

Step 1 — Wipe everything from this device

This clears all local data on the device you are using right now. It is instant and irreversible.

What gets cleared:

Note: if you use on multiple devices (phone + laptop), repeat this step on each device.

Step 2 — Server-side erasure (only if you purchased)

If you have made a purchase and want us to erase your account on our side too (Stripe customer record, Loops.so contact, KV ledger), submit the form below. We complete erasure within 30 days (typically within 48 hours).

Effect of erasure: we will delete your Stripe customer record, Loops.so contact, and any KV ledger entries within 30 days. Anonymised aggregated metrics (e.g. monthly purchase totals) may be retained for legal/accounting reasons. If your purchase falls within the 14-day refund window or the conditions of our refund policy, processing erasure does not waive your refund — please request the refund first if you want one.

Erasure request received. A confirmation has been sent to your email. Server-side data will be deleted within 30 days (usually within 48 hours).

What about my voice recordings?

They are not stored anywhere except your device. Step 1 above clears them. We never had access in the first place — there is no upload endpoint anywhere in our code that could send voice data to a server. This is enforced architecturally, not just contractually.
