VAT

VAT is calculated and collected at checkout through Stripe Tax under the EU One-Stop-Shop (OSS) scheme where applicable. The operator is a small-scale service provider below the Lithuanian VAT registration threshold unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Final VAT status is shown on your Stripe receipt.

Commercial register

The operator is registered as a sole trader (individualią veiklą vykdantis asmuo) with the State Tax Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania under Business Certificate No. 1293607. This registration can be verified via the VMI registry. No separate commercial register entry (JAR) applies to sole traders in Lithuania.

What is

VōxSōma is a digital audio content product — software that lets the user record their own voice and assemble personal audio sessions for self-affirmation practice. It is delivered as a digital download (MP3) and an in-browser application. It is not a medical device under EU MDR 2017/745, not an FDA-regulated medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
