VōxSōma already does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Our business model is direct sales of digital audio content. We do not sell email addresses, do not run ad-network pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, no Google Ads), and do not share data with data brokers. The default state of your account is "opted out".
The California CCPA / CPRA gives California residents the right to register a formal "Do Not Sell or Share" preference, even with companies that don't sell or share. This page lets you do that and receive a written confirmation. It also serves to record your Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal preference if your browser is sending one.
Neither happens at VōxSōma. We pay third-party processors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Loops, Anthropic for AI text) to deliver the service to you — that is a service relationship, not a sale.
If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically — you don't need to fill the form. You can install GPC via browsers like Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox (with extension), or by visiting globalprivacycontrol.org.
You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorisation and we will verify your identity directly before processing.
We acknowledge CCPA requests within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days for complex requests, with notice).
